At Carpenter Expert, we value your time and trust, and we strive to deliver our services with the highest level of commitment. To maintain fairness and clarity for both our customers and our team, we have established the following cancellation policy.
Customers may cancel a booking up to 24 hours in advance without any additional charges.
If a cancellation is made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, 25% of the service fee will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
For certain services, an advance payment may be required to confirm the booking.
In the event of a cancellation, the advance amount will be adjusted according to the rules mentioned above.
If, for any reason, Carpenter Expert or our assigned professional cannot provide the service as scheduled, the full amount will be refunded or adjusted towards the customer’s next booking.
In cases of inconvenience, we may also provide a discount or complimentary benefit as a gesture of goodwill.
Once the cancellation is confirmed, the refund amount will be processed within 5–7 business days directly to the customer’s original payment method.
If the carpenter has already arrived at the location or the service has commenced, no refund will be applicable.
Note: At Carpenter Expert, we understand that plans can change. We kindly request customers to inform us at the earliest if there are any changes to their booking. This helps us serve you better while ensuring fair use of our professionals’ time and resources.
